Requirements:
- Ability to commute to client’s headquarters in Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL on a hybrid basis (1 day/week)
- 4-6 years of experience in digital content strategy, both web and mobile
- Previous experience in content delivery, management, retrieval systems, and production for high-traffic websites (Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred)
- Experience in translating complex concepts, customer needs, motivations, and behaviors into easy-to-understand interactive experiences and deliverables
- Experience in using web analytics software, preferably Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge in interactive usability best practices and concepts
- Knowledge of interactive design and information architecture related to content strategy
- Knowledge of SEO strategy as applied to content
- Maintain current knowledge of digital and online technologies, best practices, trends, issues, editing and authoring tools
- Strong project management skills and comfort working both individually and as part of a greater team
- Strong organizational, communication, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to influence and build consensus with business partners
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology or related field
- HTML skills, including knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
- Experience in various content management systems (AEM preferred)
- Previous financial services experience
- Previous experience working in a demanding, fast-paced, creative environment similar to an advertising agency
- Author, QA, and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager to support Marketing and Business initiatives
- Analyze and report content initiative results and make recommendations for future campaigns and projects
- Collaborate with UX and Digital teams as content management lead for new feature creation
- Conduct content audits across channels to support business needs and identify deviations from approved content strategy and recommend corrective action
- Partner in the creation, maintenance, and execution of the digital content calendar
- Develop/recommend changes to improve usability of digital content, functionality, and usability of sites to manage
- Serve as expert in Mobile content management, providing training and creating documentation as needed to assist other content contributors
- Represent Web and Content Strategy team at meetings with business units and other marketing teams
- Review all content and digital/online properties to ensure compliance with corporate brand standards, marketing style guides, and legal requirements
- Track/coordinate implementation of digital content enhancements/development and ensure deadlines are met
- Work with internal content authors and designers to ensure content meets digital best practices
- Performs other duties as appropriate
