Technical Recruiter
The Associate is responsible for identifying client needs, recruiting candidates, and connecting skilled professionals to clients in need of talent. The Associate is expected to develop relationships and a network among the talent pool to help them achieve their next opportunities. This role seeks to understand client’s current and future needs to connect the best candidates possible for their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead various recruiting initiatives for hiring new team members
- Build strong relationships with potential, existing, and prior candidates and industry professionals
- Maintain positive engagement on social media networks and niche platforms
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate’s knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Negotiate rates, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and clients
- Develop client relationships to achieve repeat business opportunities
- Grow a network of strong business partnerships and relationships that attract highly-qualified candidates
- Manage employees on assignment and communicate new opportunities when their contract ends
- Plan and attend networking events, career fairs, and other employment related events
- Log day to day activities Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
- Measure and report on recruiting and sales metrics as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B staffing sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent customer service focus
- Self-starter who can multi-task and take ownership
