- Perform regular system maintenance, including patching, updates, and configuration adjustments to guarantee system stability and security.
- Automate manual tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary optimizations to meet performance targets and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Windows environments, adhering to security best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, enabling efficient application deployment and infrastructure as code practices.
- Utilize cloud services and tools to architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based resources, focusing on cost optimization and scalability.
- Work with cross-functional teams in Microsoft Power Platform to develop and maintain business applications, automate workflows, and create custom solutions to enhance productivity.
