Our Client is a leading global hospitality company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to their clients. We are seeking a Senior Manager – Finance Products to join their Finance Business Partner group for Global Technology. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in their finance team, serving as the primary finance business partner for select members of our Product leaders within the Global Technology Team.
Position Overview: As the Senior Manager – Finance Products, you will work closely with the Director, Finance-Products to provide a comprehensive financial view of performance across various initiatives and ongoing support expenses related to services and applications relevant to the GT leaders. Your responsibilities will encompass budgeting, cost optimization, forecasting, capital expense assessment, accurate financial reporting, and the preparation of financial reports and presentations for assigned initiatives or initiative portfolios.
- Collaborate with GT Product leaders to manage the financial performance and oversight of application, service, or initiative portfolios, including expenditure transparency and ongoing support expenses.
- Assist in financial activities for the development and implementation of new programs, services, and initiatives, including cost modeling and funding analysis.
- Analyze and recommend funding approaches in compliance with management and franchise agreements.
- Lead capitalization analysis for initiatives and ensure accurate accounting in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize financial models and reporting tools to track performance, trends, and key metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with GT leaders and other stakeholders to provide financial guidance and influence decision-making.
- Participate in cross-discipline project teams, providing a strategic finance perspective.
- Mentor and coach team members, setting performance expectations and goals.
Candidate Profile Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ financial management experience in a global organization, with increasing management responsibility, including complex data analysis and financial modeling.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role, preferably leading a team in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong functional leadership and finance knowledge.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects, translating business needs into financial management priorities.
- Proven ability to make timely decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage organizational change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering outcomes under challenging conditions.
