We are currently seeking (1) full time Sr Associate (Technical Recruiter) with Technical Recruiting experience to join our growing team!

We are looking for someone with previous technical recruiting experience to be verticalized and dedicated to building a strong network and pool of talented candidates, to support our customers ongoing needs (Software Engineers, Data/Big Data Engineers, Product, Data Science, Infrastructure and Support roles).

The Sr. Associate (Technical Recruiter) is responsible for identifying technical candidates or skilled professionals as detailed above to clients in need of that type of talent.

The Sr. Associate is expected to learn and anticipate the needs in their respective space and inner workings of client companies ranging from Fortune 500 giants to start-ups and everything in between. This role seeks to understand client’s current and future needs to connect the best candidates possible for their requirements.

What You’ll Do

· Develop recruiting strategies to find qualified technical candidates using super powered networking tools.

· Grow a network of strong business partnerships and relationships that attract highly qualified candidates.

· Assess candidate’s knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, conduct interviews, and determine if they are a stellar fit

· Manage employees on assignment and communicate new opportunities when their contract ends

· Negotiate wages, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and clients

· Maintain positive engagement on social media networks and niche platforms

What You Need

  • Previous Technical Recruiting experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
