CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with Product Managers and Product Owners to help assure execution alignment for Scrum Teams.
- Works with external vendors to ensure execution of tasks and alignment with internal teams
- Facilitates Agile Scrum Team execution and feature completion tracking for up to three Scrum Teams.
- Creates, modifies, publishes and leverages standardized Agile Metrics leveraging Jira to facilitate continuous improvement on the Scrum Team.
- Works with multiple in-house and external Scrum Teams enterprise-wide to remove impediments and manage dependencies.
- Arranges and facilitates daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, story grooming, and demo/retro. Ensures quick inspection and proper use of an Agile process.
- Escalates and assists in the resolution of impediments.
- Facilitates release planning events for assigned Scrum Teams.
- Provide coaching on Agile practices and methods for assigned as well as other Scrum Teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required Education
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
- PMP Certification
- Agile Certification
- ITIL Certification
Required Experience
- 10+ years’ experience managing enterprise level infrastructure projects ($500K+) for global company
- Experience in network/technical engineering
- Experience with large user migrations to cloud services of 100K+ users
- Experience with projects using cloud technologies and remote PC assistance technologies
- Excellent communications skills to effectively information share with project team members, senior managers and leadership.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Teams)
- Proficiency with tools Clarity, Jira, ServiceNow
- Proven track record in development of standard Project Management processes
Preferred:
- SAFe Certifications
Required Attributes
- Experience managing large enterprise infrastructure projects with multiple global locations
- Experience with remote assistance technologies (Beyond Trust, Webex, HDX)
- Excellent communications skills to effectively information share with project team members, senior managers and leadership
- Be available to work outside of the traditional hours and days to facilitate project events when required.
- Effectively works with diverse project team members with ability to instill a unified drive to achieve project objectives and milestones.
- Skilled in conceptualizing creative solutions, documenting them, and presenting/selling them to senior management
- Comfortable making presentations to executives

Project Leadership
- Directs the work of project team, including other external resources
- Functions as escalation to project teams to resolve issues
- Reports project status to Senior Leadership in weekly meetings
Managing Projects
- Plans projects, including requirements, stories, schedule, and deliverables to meet business need.
- Identifies initiative milestones and required tasks.
- Manages initiative risk, issues and budget.
- Tracks initiative performance.
- Informs the appropriate stakeholders of project status and issues
- Interfaces with vendor(s) for programs under direct control
IT Governance
- Maintains a proper balance between business and operational risk
- Ensures team members follow the defined project management standards and processes
- Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification
- Provides early warning to the business stakeholder executives regarding degraded or missed service levels
- Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices.
