Remote Non-IT Project Coordinator
REMOTE NON-IT Project Coordinator is needed for one of our top clients, the world’s largest credit union.
BASIC PURPOSE: Serve as a point of contact for actions and/or projects that cross Department and Division lines. Will need to provide high-level administrative and project support to Security Regulatory Liaison Office (RLO).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Security RLO common mailbox (e.g. field new requests, questions, timely response to requestors)
- Respond to requests by setting up SharePoint site, creating project folder and tracking
- Manage the intake process for new requests, documentation and provide daily status updates via standup ‘
- Run daily standups to assign assessment questions needed for regulatory and audit compliance
- Document meeting agendas and minutes and various ad hoc communications
- Coordinate the quarterly access certification review process including documentation/certification of the review, submission of removal requests and verification of removals
- Manage the entry and update of Security related issues/findings within our client’s tool
- Process access requests, document library creation and general upkeep of SharePoint sites
- Administratively support the team, coordinating routine meetings to support business processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Significant experience that demonstrates strong knowledge, understanding, and application of administrative and executive support skills, methods, and procedures
- Significant experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Advanced sign exercising initiative and using good judgement to make sound decisions
- Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- Advanced skill building effective relations through rapport, trust, and tact
- Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced database and presentation software skills
- Advanced word processing and spreadsheet software skills
- Advanced experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
