Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience creating internal communications (newsletters, webcasts, videos, etc.)
- Previous experience in creating an internal communication strategy
- Experience leading other team members toward a larger shared vision
- Strong team player able to work cross-functionally
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy with team leadership to support the client’s brand positioning and increase awareness/understanding of priorities
- Develop and manage an operating budget for the team that supports agreed-upon goals and service levels (streamlining for greater efficiency, driving consistency, promoting transparency, etc.)
- Manage multiple internal communications initiatives in a timely manner
- Ensure communications align with client branding and execution standards through messaging and visuals
- Drive communication protocols and provides guidance on standards
- Direct content creation and dissemination of internal messaging both inside and outside of the team, including leadership messages, newsletters, webcasts, Flash presentations, videos and other broad-based internal communications
- Work with internal customers/stakeholders to review, ensure consistency and approve proposed external messaging prior to release
- Support contributions to enterprise-wide communications
