Recruiting Coordinator

The Opportunity:

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the recruiting team with various administrative duties for our growing organization. In the role, you will be managing the candidate pipeline, scheduling interviews, and create marketing campaigns for our high-volume projects This role reports to the Delivery Manager.

What you will be doing:
  • Partner with the Recruiters to help match strong candidates with client expectations.
  • Assist in the scheduling of internal interviews and client interviews in support of the overall recruiting process.
  • Coordinate and enter candidate profiles into our clients vendor management system
  • Create and maintain positive marketing engagement programs on social media networks and niche platforms to promote open opportunities and attract talent
  • Manage candidate referral pipeline.
  • Supports the Recruiters to create and maintains a high-quality candidate pool with relevant passive/active candidates
  • Assess the candidate skill when required using testing and other resources. 
  • Strive to achieve/exceed weekly goals and KPI’s.
  • Provide reporting for delivery leadership (and/or) for client programs.
  • Attend recruiting events (job fairs etc.) on an as needed basis.
What you will need to be successful:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in an administrative and/or customer service capacity.  
  • Strong relationship management experience and a love for it!
  • Initiative-taker who can multi-task and take ownership.
  • Demonstrate good judgement in knowing when to escalate issues and/or ask for help.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Possess a customer service mentality and a passion for client service.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time (domestically)
