Sourcing and Project Coordination                                                                       

  • Provides support of recruitment projects and related services to Senior Associate(s) within the Tential Professional Services recruitment team
  • Create and execute Recruitment Marketing Plan for each program
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media accounts
  • Maintain relationship and assist consultants that are successfully placed
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites
  • Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
  • Source qualified candidates as per each Recruitment Marketing plan
  • Assess candidate skills when required using testing and other resources
  • Conduct reference checks as needed
  • Documentation of all activity in Bullhorn
  • Format resumes with the Tential logo
  • Manage referral pipeline for each program
  • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential employees and hiring managers
  • Coordinate and track Purchase orders if necessary, for each program
  • Assist Employee Advocate when necessary
