Your impact
As the driver of success in your local market, you'll craft and implement the sales and partnership strategies to help us best serve the Kansas City market.
You’ll own
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Drive in-market leads
- Champion the brand across a variety of local channels
- Guide homeowners through our sales process
- Partner throughout our marketing, product and experience, real estate and sales teams.
- Build and sustain relationships with community partners
- Educate and empower real estate professionals to increase their market share and gross commissions through use of the Sale-Leaseback

- An active Missouri real estate license
- A strong local network across multiple industries
- A passion for lead generation and history of exceeding targets
- A gift for building and maintaining business relationships
- An ability to influence and execute short- and long-term sales strategies
