We are seeking a (Remote) Product Support Specialist for our client provides a complete line of wastewater inspection solutions and is a manufacturer of underground inspection robotic crawlers, zoom cameras, push cameras, automated manhole scanners, inspection reporting software and inspection vehicles.
The Product Support Specialist is key to providing comprehensive product support to customers, internal personnel, and our clients’ sales partners. Responsibilities include product demos, training, trade show participation, and sales support. Candidates must become experts in remote visual inspection, collaborate with the product development team, and maintain product specs and training materials.
**Hands-on training will be provided to the selected candidate in the New Jersey headquarters.
- Must be able to travel 50% to Western North America customers. (All travel expenses covered)
- Have hands-on experience with capital equipment or manufacturing products.
- Have worked in the field and supported customers.
- Provided amazing service and resolved customer issues/problems.
