Product Operations Support Role

Role Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success with application support, developing new skills, learning new technologies, and managing stakeholders
  • Working independently and managing the delivery of day-to-day operations and delivery of technology services to stakeholders and business partners through systems and data integration, including user acceptance testing and production support;
  • Identifying business needs, capturing requirements, managing project plan roadmaps, and prioritizing backlog needs while working with technical project teams;
  • Developing multi-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members to establish project delivery goals that are resourced appropriately, so that goals are achieved as planned;
  • Experience with core Agile competencies, with focus on delivering business needs;
  • Advising change management and communication activities with appropriate stakeholders to accelerate and realize benefits of transformation changes;
  • Performing root cause analysis on issues to identify trends and opportunities for technical and business process improvements; and,
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.

  • 2+ years working in product management

Preferred Skills:

  • Capturing requirements, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing backlog needs
  • Extensive abilities leveraging PC applications including Microsoft Office (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google G Suite (ie. Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Demonstrated experience creating, using and analyzing reports in PowerBI that illustrate trend analysis and other reporting attributes
  • Demonstrated proficiency of core technology solutions and applications to enable business processes that include but are not limited to Oracle Cloud HCM including talent & performance
  • management and HR data
  • Demonstrated experience developing, using, updating and troubleshooting Alteryx Designer workflows used as self service desktop solutions; solutions for themselves as well as developed for others
  • Experience working directly with technology teams as a product owner
  • Experience defining and documenting product requirements into small, well-articulated deliverables
  • Experience with SAFe, Lean, and Agile software development tools, including Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
  • Excellent negotiation/influence and leadership skills

PMO Support Role

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with an agile development team to deliver great products and services for our customers
  • Lead in user acceptance and integration testing preparation by coordinating with multiple stakeholders in the UAT and integration testing setup
  • Lead in driving comprehensive Cutover/Go-Live plans to ensure all stakeholders are in alignment on timings and responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive project documentation to assist in knowledge transfer to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with all development and business stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of software features and defect resolution
  • Act as a key stakeholder in user story definition assisting the team(development, testing & UX teams) with clarification, estimates, story sequencing and team objectives for program increments
  • Proactively communicate progress, decisions, impediments, and risks
  • Promote continuous improvement
