Job Title: Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical guidance and support to employees, including recommending and implementing best practices to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve connection issues, leveraging advanced technical skills and knowledge of security
  • technologies such as MFA, YubiKeys, Zero Trust Principles, VPN and VDI technologies.
  • Respond promptly to user reported issues and work swiftly to remove technical connectivity barriers.
  • Assisting with the configuration and troubleshooting of Windows and Apple desktop operating systems.
  • Leveraging strong computer troubleshooting skills to ensure computer is performing optimally.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and user interactions.
  • Provide regular status reporting to leadership.
  • Create content and facilitate technical onboarding and offboarding training sessions for employees,
  • ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed while adhering to security best
  • practices.
  • Serve as a key representative within the IT organization, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • with employees and effectively communicating technical solutions and recommendations.
  • Liaison with both internal and external IT and Security organizations for assistance and to ensure
  • alignment with company policies, procedures, and security standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in technical operations or support roles within a consulting or customer facing environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Windows and Apple desktop operating systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of security technologies such as MFA, YubiKeys, Zero Trust principles, VPN and VDI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and services.
  • Ability to find creative solutions to quickly remove barriers
  • Passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and developments.
