Our Big 4 Professional Services Client is looking to bring on a Jr. Instructional Designer to join their team on a REMOTE basis. This role is looking for someone who has experience within Instructional Design for LIVE (Virtual and in person) learning solutions.

The Live Design and Development team integrates elements of Design, Project Management, and Execution, with a specialized focus on Live learning methodologies. This multifaceted team is responsible for crafting learning solutions that align with the overarching learning blueprint or expeditiously transitioning solutions into production. Additionally, they are tasked with formulating comprehensive project plans, spearheading content development, constructing learning solutions, establishing and executing evaluation and data collection strategies, as well as maintaining essential compliance documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer- designing learnings for LIVE via in person or virtual trainings.
  • A comprehensive understanding of learning solutions and methodologies, encompassing instructional design, learning objectives, key educational technologies (e.g., virtual classrooms), and adult learning theory.
  • Ongoing development of project management and instructional design skills.
  • Proficiency in comprehending the business dynamics and learning requisites of a professional services firm, along with a grasp of NASBA and AICPA CPE (Continuing Professional Education) requirements and their implications on the business (PREFERED, not requried)
  • Collaboration expertise within the organization and with external vendors to meet client expectations, align with learning objectives, and adhere to implementation prerequisites for an optimal learning environment.
  • Competence in managing multiple priorities, proactively troubleshooting, and real-time problem-solving, all while keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
