One of our Premier clients tin the Atlanta, GA area is looking for a Lead Business Services Design Analyst.

As a result of the combining of two ServiceNow programs it was agreed to stand-up a new ServiceNow platform. This platform will be created from the standard ServiceNow offering as much as is viable, have the interfaces and data as required migrated from the existing environments. The project will have two steps with step 1 being the provision of a common service desk for the business community. The supporting data and services will be migrated as soon as viable with the intention that the whole service portfolio will be provided from the new platform by EoY and the old platforms will be decommissioned 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of business services within ServiceNow
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow implementation-related questions and issues
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts related to ServiceNow implementation
  • Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on ServiceNow functionality
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates, and recommend new functionality and features as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred
