Instructional Designer- Digital Learning Solutions 

The Live Design and Development team combines aspects of Design, Project Management and Execution, with some specialization in Live learning approaches. Designs learning solutions, leveraging the overall learning blueprint and/or fast tracks solution directly to production; develops detailed project plans; drives content development and builds the learning solutions; defines and executes the evaluation and data collection strategy; collects and maintains required compliance documentation.

Knowledge Preferred

Proven expertise and knowledge in:

  • Learning solutions and instructional design, including learning objectives, educational technologies (e.g., virtual classrooms), and adult learning theory.
  • Project management and instructional design within a professional services firm, adhering to NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements.

Skills Preferred

Demonstrated abilities in:

  • Meeting stakeholder expectations and providing timely, meaningful feedback.
  • Guiding and mentoring less experienced staff.
  • Working independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting project deadlines.
  • Collaborating across the organization and with external vendors to achieve learning objectives and client expectations.
  • Understanding NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements and their business impact.
  • Comprehending the business context and learning needs of a professional services firm.
  • Managing multiple priorities, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in real-time, keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

Other Details:

  • This role may be performed in a virtual environment.
  • Travel may be required 10-20% of the time for project meetings or remote productions.
  • W2 Contract through July 2025 with potential for extension or conversion (CAN NOT GUARANTEE EITHER). 
  • No C2C arrangements. 
  • The hourly rate for this position ranges from $30-$38/hr, depending on the candidate’s experience and the candidates location. Rates are adjusted to reflect the cost of living in different regions and the candidates level of expertise.
