Requirements:
- Able to commute to Washington DC on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
- Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing or a related subject
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications in a professional setting
- Prior experience with an email marketing system (Eloqua preferred)
- Prior experience working with a content management system (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Previous experience writing and editing articles and short blurbs for marketing purposes
- Must work well under pressure, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
- Prepare and send out mass emails to an audience of over 45k addresses
- Update webpages to link to newsletter content
- Use Adobe Photoshop to resize photos, adjust backgrounds, and other similar tasks
- Write and edit articles and blurbs for marketing efforts
- Understand workflows and work with multiple departments at the same time
- Help with events preparation and other administrative tasks as needed
