Our non-profit client, a professional society, is looking for a HYBRID Content Management System (CMS) Workflow Administrator to join their team. This person’s core responsibility will be the workflow administration for our client’s Events Hub utilizing a Strapi headless CMS backend. Secondary responsibilities include Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Updates Team support and Quality Assurance testing. 

  • Able to commute into non-profit’s headquarters in Washington, DC on a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 remote)
  • Experience with conducting online user training
  • Experience creating training documentation and videos
  • Experience with troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively while working remotely

  • Experience with the Strapi open-source headless content management system
  • Experience with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system
  • Experience as a content reviewer/administrator for a Website
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Tester
  • Experience utilizing Issue Management Software for reporting, tracking, investigating, and resolving issue tickets (i.e. JIRA)

Role Responsibilities: 
  • Review and approve/decline new event submissions from Business Units across the organization in Strapi
  • Train new users of Strapi on event entry
  • Assist fellow team members as they investigate and respond to Business Unit Ticket submissions related to content or other technical issues related to the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system (CMS)
  • Assist the team in Quality Assurance Testing when bandwidth permits
