Requirements:
- Ability to commute on-site 5 days/week to client’s headquarters Vienna, VA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Quality customer service skills
- Patience and ability to work with other team members
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Windows 10
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
- Experience with support for Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes
- Experience with HP, Canon, and Toshiba printer support
- Experience with a ticketing system (Service Now strongly preferred)
- A+ Certification
- Windows 10 Certification
- Awareness of security of financial institutions
- SCCM entry-level knowledge
