Job Overview

Trusted advisor and strategic partner that is designed to work with the Clients’ senior management to identify opportunities and enhance operations, including identifying cost-effective ways of performing services through technology and automation initiatives leading to effective management decision support. Responsible for establishing supportive long-term relationships with business units to understand their business needs and fully leverage technology solutions. Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills, excellent communication, and software development skills.

The main tasks of a Delivery Lead, include managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the service delivery team.

In addition, Delivery Lead may perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing team performance and checking the quality of work.

Delivery Lead Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.

Delivery Lead Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC.
  • Agile knowledge (SCRUM certification a plus)
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Good resource planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to support sales team to identify and close deals.
  • 5+  years’ experience.
