Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking talented Customer Service Operations Specialists to join their team.  The Specialist will be part of the Customer Operations team and will be customer facing while being responsible for providing support to the customers through the entire process. The individual must be able to effectively communicate needs to efficiently manage customer requests. The primary function of the role is to process the day-to-day functions relating to the device management for customers.

Duties Specific to Customer Operations:

  • Process Customer Operations tasks including:
    • Transfers
    • Activations
    • Deactivations
    • Onboarding
    • Device management
    • Customer account updates
    • Other tasks within Customer Operations group

General Duties:

  • Collaborating directly with customers to provide support and help solve issues regarding device management – activate/de-activate devices, transfer service to another user, account setup questions, billing questions/issues, customer account updates
  • Monitored transfer, activation, and deactivation processes for 10,000+ vending customers, utilizing Salesforce and company software management
  • Maintained an updated client management system for our 10,000+ vending customers
  • Coordinated tasks with different departments to assure all customers’ needs are met
  • Supporting the sales and support teams with general operations to help reach company objectives.
  • Being a point of contact for the department.
  • Proactively working towards efficiencies within the role over time.
  • Answering email messages and processing cases.
  • Regularly review and update documentation as needed for process improvement.
  • Contacting customers to obtain missing information.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • May cover the responsibilities of other associates in department as needed.
