Customer Service Representative Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service in a high volume, fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • Detail Oriented, Team Player, Effective Communicator

Customer Service Representative Job Description
Our client, a leading High Net Worth Insurance company, is seeking several individuals to join their team as Broker Services Associates. The Broker Services team is a non-sales team that strives to deliver exceptional service to independent broker partners and Underwriters while setting the standard of service excellence & exceptional individual performance for the team. The work is high-volume, but wide-ranging from assisting the brokers produce compelling quotes, to evaluating and executing on endorsements.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering unparalleled service that fuels our clients growth
  • Building relationships both internally and with our clients broker partners that will enhance their ability to provide an efficient service experience for members and brokers
  • Partner with the underwriting team and other teams across the organization
  • Reviewing requests for quotes that come through our clients platform via Salesforce
  • Follow up with Brokers for additional information and providing excellent service to the Broker partners
  • Take request for quotes, review all the information, and enter all appropriate info into the quoting system
  • Enter all client data and quotes into the internal database
  • Producing compelling quotes through a variety of channels and promote the company differentiator to drive member acquisition
  • High attention to detail is key and providing excellent levels of service to their brokers is necessary
  • Leveraging the experience and expertise of our client to manage the full-cycle endorsement process quickly and accurately
  • Communicate with Brokers via email daily
