Customer Service Representative Job Description
Our client, a leading High Net Worth Insurance company, is seeking several individuals to join their team as Broker Services Associates. The Broker Services team is a non-sales team that strives to deliver exceptional service to independent broker partners and Underwriters while setting the standard of service excellence & exceptional individual performance for the team. The work is high-volume, but wide-ranging from assisting the brokers produce compelling quotes, to evaluating and executing on endorsements.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering unparalleled service that fuels our clients growth
- Building relationships both internally and with our clients broker partners that will enhance their ability to provide an efficient service experience for members and brokers
- Partner with the underwriting team and other teams across the organization
- Reviewing requests for quotes that come through our clients platform via Salesforce
- Follow up with Brokers for additional information and providing excellent service to the Broker partners
- Take request for quotes, review all the information, and enter all appropriate info into the quoting system
- Enter all client data and quotes into the internal database
- Producing compelling quotes through a variety of channels and promote the company differentiator to drive member acquisition
- High attention to detail is key and providing excellent levels of service to their brokers is necessary
- Leveraging the experience and expertise of our client to manage the full-cycle endorsement process quickly and accurately
- Communicate with Brokers via email daily
