The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Client Success Lead to ensure top-tier service delivery and client satisfaction. In this crucial role, you’ll be the onsite liaison, fully immersed in our client’s environment. Your presence ensures seamless communication and fosters trust for effective collaboration and successful outcomes. What you will be doing:
 
  • Establish and develop hiring manager relationships within the current program as well as expand the program through forging new relationships with stake holders.
  • Partner with HR On-Boarding Team to coordinate and schedule badge appointments for new hires.
  • Resolve the day-to-day issues that arise among the contractor population, within the program. Report issues to respective Supervisors for resolution and/or escalate as needed.
  • Achieve required first day KPI through ensuring all trainees arrive for the first day of training.
  • Achieve consultant retention metric by supporting our clients’ supervisors through conducting coaching and counseling sessions with the contractor population as well as terminating contracts.
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Supervisors to review performance of Tential employees.
  • Act as the point of contact for Human Resource related issues which could include ADA requests and managing attendance situations.
  • Provide reporting for delivery leadership (and/or) for client programs.
