About Us: Tential is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leave of Absence and Benefits Coordinator to join our Big 4 Consulting Firm Client’s dynamic HR team. As a critical member of their organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and administering various employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:

Leave of Absence Management: Serve as the focal point for leave of absence management, ensuring leave dates align with our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and managing the proper payments. Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the LOA process.

Benefits Communication: Collaborate in planning and communicating benefits offerings to our employees. Maintain a day-to-day relationship with employees and external vendors, addressing inquiries related to benefit plans, enrollments, qualifying events, and claims.

Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate HR data, including new hires, status changes, qualifying events, and separations. Regularly reconcile monthly benefit billings and follow up with carriers on any necessary adjustments.

Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for vendor billings to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Compliance Oversight: Oversee compliance with health and welfare plan administration, including disability, HCRA, DCRA, life, medical, dental, and our 401(k) program. Manage employee exit programs, transportation programs, and time-off management.

Wellness Programs: Leverage your knowledge and experience to manage wellness programs that promote employee well-being.
Qualifications:
** MUST BE US Citizen or GC Holder to be considered! NO C2C Arrangements!!**

LOA Experience: Demonstrated experience in Leave of Absence management, including a solid understanding of federal and state laws.

HR Generalist Skills: Generalist HR experience is a plus, showcasing your versatility in various HR functions.

Self-Starter: Proactive, self-motivated individual eager to expand their knowledge of benefit programs.

Workday Proficiency: Preferred experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with all levels of internal staff and management.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, payroll systems, and familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) analysis tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or PowerBI.
